i think in making any costumes the most important thing is the imagination of the designer and then creativity is matter, and if both thing will go in proper proportion you will get excellent design.

Actually Elite Fortune Teller Costume and Gypsy Costume are famous in all area in all festivals. Mostly kids use both of these costume which is different from each other.
